Care notes for every plant

Sunlight

Bright light, ideally beside an east-facing window with gentle morning sun.

Through the seasons

Dislikes change: AC blasts, cold December draughts and being moved around. Brown patches usually mean the soil stayed wet too long.

Comfortable at 16–32°C

Care steps

  1. Turn the pot a quarter turn every month so it grows straight.
  2. Dust the leaves every two weeks with a damp cloth.
  3. Feed monthly from March to September, and stop in winter.
