Care notes for every plant

Sunlight

Bright light with 3 to 5 hours of morning sun. Indoors, keep it by your brightest window.

Through the seasons

A winter plant in NCR. Keep it out of cold winds and frost in January. After the colour fades, cut it back and grow it on in light shade through the summer.

Comfortable at 12–30°C

Care steps

  1. Water when the topsoil is dry. Soggy soil makes it drop leaves.
  2. The milky sap irritates skin. Keep it away from pets.
  3. For colour again next winter, it needs 14 hours of darkness every night from October.
